About Me

Hi, I’m Marianna, Owner and Director of Luna’s Early Learning Academy.

​

I was born and raised in Nampa and come from a family of six, which shaped my deep appreciation for family connection, care, and community. I also proudly served 10 years in the United States Army, an experience that instilled in me discipline, integrity, responsibility, and a strong sense of service — values that continue to guide my leadership today.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boise State University, and I bring both heart and structure into the way I lead and care for children and families. My background allows me to thoughtfully balance nurturing care with structure, consistency, and a calm, supportive approach.

Luna’s Early Learning Academy was created in 2022 from a desire to provide a safe, respectful, and bilingual environment where children feel loved and supported, and where parents are honored as their child’s first and most important teachers. I believe early childhood care is strongest when families and caregivers work together with trust, communication, and mutual respect.

My faith plays an important role in how I lead, grounding me in compassion, patience, integrity, and service. These values shape the culture at Luna’s and help create a calm, inclusive environment where family culture, values, and boundaries are respected.

Outside of Luna’s, I enjoy playing soccer, bodybuilding, and music. I especially enjoy playing the violin, and at times I join my siblings in our local mariachi group, Mariachi De Mi Tierra, which I grew up playing in. Staying active and creatively connected to my roots helps keep me balanced and present, both personally and professionally.

Creating and leading Luna’s has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life, and it is an honor to serve families and children in the same community that helped shape who I am.
